6.5 The transformative, coaching, music and meditation programs, services and information offered in this website are not intended as a substitute for professional medical and /or psychiatric treatment and advice. The Inspiration Barn and it's members and employees are not medical doctors that diagnose conditions and/or prescribe any medications.

6.6 The information offered in this website should be considered the opinion of The Inspiration Barn and it's members and employees only.

Please note: You are wholly responsible for your own medical treatment and care. Always consult your doctor and in all cases it is recommended that you continue to follow medical treatment as prescribed.

7. Cancellation

7.1 For Private one to one sessions if you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason please let The Inspiration Barn know as soon as possible. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation and where there is less notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, the fee in full for that session will be incurred.

7.2 For Pre-paid Workshops, Seminars and Training if you are unable to attend for any reason then The Inspiration Barn will give a full refund or he may reschedule at his discretion provided at least 48 hours notice is given.

8. Payment

8.1 Payment for sessions may be made by BAC's transfer, credit or debit card or by cash. Payment in advance may be made via the website using BAC's transfer or Credit/Debit card (access through Client Login area). 

8.2 Payment for Workshops, Seminars and Training should be made in advance of the event via the website by credit or debit card.

8.3 Payment can only be accepted in pounds sterling (£).

8.4 Where a deposit payment is made for any Private one to one session, Workshop, Seminar, Training or any related work then this is non-refundable.

 

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold theinspirationbarn.com and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Lindsay Barn arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

 

10. Severence

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Terms or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
